We have an extensive Occupational Health and Safety plan which we ensure each and every staff member follows to the strictest degree.

Site Specific Safety Manual

Custom Care provides site specific Safety manuals to all clients prior to commencment of our cleaning services. This ensures all relevant parties are across our safety practices.

Insurances

Custom Care provides insurance cover across it’s entire range of services to the tune of $20,000,000, this includes Work Cover. We can provide all relevance insurance documentation prior to the commencement of any of our services.

Protective Clothing

All staff at Custom Care are fitted and equipped with the highest standard of protective clothing required for any one of our services. We do this in collaboration with our extensive OH&S Practices to ensure the saftey of all involved.
